There was a lot of information requested and I am wondering when we can expect to get from you the following details about our kids' upcoming MBI Kaf Alef 2012 trip:
Specific travel details including flights and bus arrangements for kids who are not meeting in NY but in other locations - with accurate dates of departure and expected times of arrival and departure Names of staff who will be accompanying our kids on MBI as well as the names of those assigned to travel with our kids from home to Israel and back Parent contact list for those parents who are willing to share that information so we can be in touch with other parents from our respective areas Complete itinerary by day so we know where the kids are to be touring; all we have is the draft version you shared with us all in January The results of your research into a system of sending immediate text messages to parents so you can better communicate with us about any emerging or existing security issues that will be of concern to parents
It seems very soon that they will be heading out. I appreciate your effort to get this organized and communicated to us as soon as possible.
